HVAC & Boiler technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC Service Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently in the field while providing professional and reliable service to our customers.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on various HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair commercial and residential HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair VRF/VRV systems (a plus).
• Troubleshoot and repair boiler systems (a plus).
• Boiler technicians will work on various types of boilers and domestic hot water heaters.
• Diagnose boiler and hot-water-heater problems and perform repairs as necessary to restore proper operation.
• Perform system testing after repairs to verify safe and proper operation.
• Complete service tickets accurately and promptly, including documenting diagnostic findings and repairs performed.
• Communicate clearly with customers, building management, and the office regarding equipment conditions and recommended repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• OSHA 40-hour certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have the necessary hand tools to perform HVAC service calls.
• Ability to work independently and properly diagnose equipment before recommending repairs.
