Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air is seeking an experienced **HVAC Comfort Sales Specialist / Comfort Advisor** to join our growing team.

We are looking for a **proven HVAC salesperson and closer** who knows how to build trust with homeowners, evaluate their comfort needs, present the right HVAC solutions, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.

This is **not an entry-level sales position.** The ideal candidate has previous HVAC sales, comfort advisor, in-home sales, or similar home-service sales experience with a demonstrated history of producing results.

## WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Run company-provided HVAC replacement and system upgrade opportunities
• Meet with homeowners and evaluate their comfort needs
• Perform a thorough evaluation of the existing HVAC system and installation requirements
• Present replacement options clearly and professionally
• Educate customers on equipment choices, efficiency levels, warranties, financing, and available upgrades
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Present financing and payment options when applicable
• Follow up on unsold estimates and open opportunities
• Overcome objections professionally and confidently
• Close HVAC replacement and installation sales
• Maintain detailed customer notes, estimates, and follow-up activity in ServiceTitan
• Coordinate sold projects with management, installation, and office teams
• Maintain communication with customers from initial consultation through the handoff for installation
• Identify additional opportunities involving indoor air quality, ductwork, accessories, maintenance memberships, and other comfort solutions

• Motivated by performance and earning potential
• Accountable for personal sales results
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, tablets, and electronic proposals
• Able to work closely with technicians, installers, supervisors, dispatch, and management

## PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• HVAC Comfort Advisor / HVAC Sales experience strongly preferred
• In-home sales experience
• Residential HVAC replacement sales
• Home-services sales experience
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, system sizing, installation requirements, financing, IAQ products, and accessories is highly desirable
