We are seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical projects from award through closeout. Our work includes ground-up construction, tenant improvements, healthcare, office remodels, industrial, and design-build projects. ## Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial HVAC construction projects simultaneously.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Procure equipment and materials while tracking lead times.
• Coordinate field manpower with superintendents and foremen.
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and job profitability.
• Attend project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

## Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and specifications.
• Experience with project scheduling and cost management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
