HVAC Foreman Needed – Gut Renovations & New Builds

GC looking for an experienced HVAC foreman for ongoing NYC renovation and new construction projects.

Looking for someone who:

Has strong field experience running HVAC work

Can read plans and coordinate installations
Can manage crews and subs
Understands ductwork, heat pumps/VRF, ventilation and controls
Is reliable, organized and moves quickly
Produces clean, quality work

Ideal for someone who can take ownership of the HVAC scope from rough-in through startup and punch list.
