HVAC Foreman / Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead field crews, manage daily operations, and ensure high quality installation and design of HVAC ductwork and systems. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

**Applicant Requirements**
-Applicants Must Have 10 Years Minimum Experience In All Aspects Of HVAC Construction (Residential / New Construction)
-Must Be Honest, Reliable And Full Of Integrity
-Must Be Able To Pass A Background And Drug Test
-Must Have A Clean Driving Record
-Able To Work Well With Others And Alone
-Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills
-Excellent Time Management And Organizational Skills
-Be Able To Coordinate And Delegate Well
-Possess Thorough Knowledge Of Current HVAC Codes
-Able To Read And Interpret Construction Drawings
-Duct Design Experience

**Job Responsibilities**
-Manage All Installers / Helpers
-Communicate With Contractors/ Builders In-Person, Over The Phone, Text Or Email
-Manage Residential Projects
-Go On Job Walks And Create Scopes Of Work
-Scheduling Jobs And Estimates
-Handling Design/ Build Mechanical Projects From Start To Finish
-Go On Emergency Service Calls If No Tech Is Available
