HVAC Foreman Wanted – Experienced Leader Needed

We are growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Foreman to join our team.

Pay: $40–$50 per hour (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience with proven results as a forman or lead
• Proven experience leading crews and managing projects
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field installations
• Strong knowledge of ductwork, equipment installation, and HVAC systems with releasing equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• Lead multi- family connercial HVAC installation crews
• Coordinate daily work with project managers and other trades
• Ensure quality workmanship and jobsite safety
• Keep projects on schedule while maintaining company standards
• Train and mentor installers
