HVAC/ HEATING
DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE
REPORTS TO: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR/ PROPERTY MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY: PERFORM ALL ASPECTS OF HVAC AND HEATING AT
PROPERTIES
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Install and repair air/heating systems
- Test systems for proper functioning
- Perform emergency repairs
- Maintain tools
- Order supplies
- Make routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency
- Record data when inspecting systems
- Recover and properly dispose of refrigerants
ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
At least 3-5 years experience as a HVAC Technician. Must be HVAC certified. Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Must have all the necessary documents required by the government for employment. Must be physically able to lift at least 50 lbs.
