HVAC Helper – Full Time

Triple 7 Heating & Air is looking for a dependable HVAC helper to join our team. We’re looking for someone with some prior HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience who can jump in and be useful on installs and service work while continuing to learn the trade.

This is a helper position, not a lead technician position. You do not need to know everything, but we are looking for someone who already understands the basics of working with tools and on job sites.

Job duties include:

• Assisting with residential HVAC installs, repairs, and service calls
• Carrying and setting equipment, tools, and materials
• Assisting with removal of existing equipment
• Basic hand and power tool use
• Keeping the work area and truck organized and clean
• Following direction and working alongside the lead technician
• Driving to job sites as needed

What we're looking for:

• Some HVAC, construction, maintenance, or mechanical experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Good work ethic and willing to learn
• Able to lift and carry HVAC equipment/materials
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in attics, outdoors, and in typical HVAC working conditions
• Professional around customers

We are a growing residential HVAC company based in the Temecula/Murrieta area and primarily work throughout Riverside County.

Pay: $20- $25/hr based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday with overtime if applicable
