Stay Cool HVAC is hiring HVAC helpers to join a growing team serving South Florida. We're partnered with one of the biggest big box retailers in the country, which means a steady stream of work all year long — our techs stay busy through every season. No layoffs when it cools off. No scrambling for hours.

**What you'll do:**

• Assist lead technicians on installs and service calls
• Help move, stage, and set equipment
• Learn the trade from experienced pros
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

**What we're looking for:**

• Reliable, on time, and ready to work
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in Florida heat
• Valid driver's license (mandatory)
• Some HVAC experience is great, but not required — we'll train the right person
