HVAC Instalers Wanted

We are looking for skilled, dependable installers who are ready to work, take pride in their craftsmanship, and are interested in continued opportunities beyond the current Arcadia project.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC equipment and systems
Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, thermostats, and related components
Perform equipment change-outs and new installations
Follow project plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and company standards
Properly start up and test newly installed systems
Troubleshoot installation-related issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work efficiently with other installers, supervisors, and trades
Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout each project
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous HVAC installation experience required
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices
Must have your own basic hand tools
Must have a reliable, working vehicle for transportation to job sites
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable and punctual
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to safely lift and move HVAC equipment and materials
Valid driver's license required
EPA certification is a plus
Compensation

Starting pay is $30.00 - $40.00 per hour. based on experiance

Pay may increase depending on experience, skill level, and performance.

Current & Future Work

The immediate position is for our Arcadia, California project, which is expected to last approximately one year.

After completion of the Arcadia project, AAA Arroyo Air Comfort expects additional projects throughout Southern California, providing opportunities for qualified installers to continue working with our team.
