HVAC Install Crew Wanted – Residential Changeouts – Extra Work

Looking for an experienced HVAC installer or 2-man crew interested in extra residential changeout work in the North Phoenix / Peoria area.

I own The Good Apples Cooling & Heating, a newer licensed HVAC company that is actively growing its replacement business. I handle the customer, sales, equipment ordering, materials, permitting and scheduling — I'm looking for a solid installer/crew I can call when replacements sell.

Initially, this would be as-needed work, so it's a good fit for someone who already works in the trade and wants additional install opportunities. As our replacement volume grows, there is an opportunity for substantially more consistent work.

Most jobs will be straightforward residential replacements:

• Package heat pumps
• Attic split systems
• Heat pumps / straight cool systems
• Occasional mini-splits
• North Phoenix, Peoria, Scottsdale and surrounding areas

I'm not looking for the cheapest labor. I'm looking for someone who does clean work, knows residential HVAC installation, and would like to build a relationship where I can keep calling you as jobs come in.

Compensation can be per job or day rate, depending on the installation and whether you're an individual lead installer or already have a 2-man crew.

I can provide the equipment and job-specific materials. If you need specific tools I am willing to provide those as well, such as vacuum pump, recover machine, etc.
