We are seeking a motivated and dependable Install Helper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist experienced technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in construction, refrigeration, electrical diagnostics, plumbing, and building automation systems while supporting essential service operations. Your energetic approach and willingness to learn will contribute to ensuring our clients receive top-quality service and efficient system installations.

Responsibilities

Assist lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC,
Help with the safe handling and transportation of materials using company vehicles, including drivers if applicable.
Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to EPA regulations for refrigerant handling.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while assisting in property maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Prior construction experience or hands-on work in service technician roles is highly desirable.
Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC
Experience with HVAC Intallation
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driver certification preferred if applicable.
Ability to use tools
Willingness to learn new skills related to HVACsystems, or advanced mechanical systems repair.
Strong safety awareness with certifications like EPA refrigerant handling license preferred but not required.
