Cowboys Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Leader to oversee residential replacement and installation projects while leading and developing installers and apprentices. Responsibilities:

• Lead residential HVAC installation crews.
• Install complete HVAC systems according to code and manufacturer specifications.
• Train and mentor apprentice installers.
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain job profitability and efficiency.
• Communicate with homeowners and office staff.
• Complete required paperwork and job documentation.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Rotating weekends

Qualifications:
-3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience required.
-Previous experience leading an install crew preferred.
-EPA Certification required.
-TDLR Registration.
-Strong understanding of airflow, duct design, brazing, evacuation, and startup procedures.
-Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
-Ability to lift 50+ LBS and work in attics and outdoor environments.
-Positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
