Oasis Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced HVAC technician who can handle both installations and service work.

We are looking for a solid all-around tech, someone who can install systems, run service calls, troubleshoot problems, make repairs, communicate with customers, and handle whatever the day requires.

This is the right position for someone who does not want to be boxed into just one lane. Some days you may be leading an install. Other days you may be running diagnostics, repairs, or maintenance calls. We need someone dependable, sharp, and capable in both areas.

If you are only an installer or only a service tech, this is probably not the right fit. We want someone who can do both at a high level.

What we need from you:

• Strong experience installing residential HVAC systems
• Strong experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
• Ability to work without constant hand-holding
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Clean driving record
• EPA certification required
• Professional communication with customers and team

Work includes:

• Residential changeouts and system installs
• Service calls, diagnostics, and repairs
• Furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, package units, mini splits, and standard split systems
• Startup, charging, airflow, controls, and performance troubleshooting
• Maintenance and repair recommendations
• Job notes, photos, and clean paperwork
