HVAC Installer - 4 day work week

As an Installer Assistant at Engineered Heating and Cooling, you are the backbone of our installation team. Working directly under a Lead Installer, you will help bring high-quality HVAC solutions to our customers. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined, takes pride in a job well done, and is looking to build a career in a stable, essential trade.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties)

Support the Build: Assist the Lead Installer in setting, leveling, and connecting new heating and cooling equipment.

Ductwork Specialist: Help "rough-in" duct systems, hang and insulate ductwork to spec, and install grilles.

On-Site Fabrication: Assist in field-fabricating custom ductwork as needed for specific job requirements.

System Startups: Help perform initial equipment startups and connect refrigerant piping under supervision.

Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized job site; work in the sheet metal shop or assist Service Technicians as required.

Safety & Growth: Rigorously follow all safety policies and actively participate in scheduled training sessions to advance your skills.
