HVAC installer – Full-Time

Location: Anne Arundel County, MD

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience + overtime available

We’re a growing residential HVAC company looking for dependable, motivated HVAC Service Technicians and Installers to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Complete paperwork using a mobile phone or tablet.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred (experienced installers and service technicians encouraged to apply).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clean looking work
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
