HVAC Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer with 3 to 5+ years of residential experience in the Las Vegas and Henderson location.

Requirements:
*Must have EPA Card
*Must have a clean driving record (need DMV print out at least 3 year)
*Must pass background check
*Must pass drug screening
*Must have own tools
*Must have excellent customer service

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Installer to join our team and drive excellence in installation projects across various construction sites. As a Lead Installer, you will oversee the installation process, coordinate with team members, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example, utilize your extensive construction knowledge, and contribute to high-quality project outcomes. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional results that meet client expectations and uphold safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise installation teams on-site, ensuring all tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
Manage the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication equipment to complete installations such as cabinetry, fixtures, glass, doors, flooring, tile, masonry, and roofing.
Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety regulations throughout each phase of the project.
Coordinate with project managers and construction management teams to plan schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients effectively.
