Coolmen LLC needs experienced HVAC installers for immediate residential installation work throughout the Phoenix metro area.

PAY

• Starting at $500 per completed standard HVAC installation
• Higher pay for difficult access, duct modifications, package units, and additional approved work
• Final scope and price confirmed before each job
• Fast payment after completed installation and required documentation

INSTALLER MUST PROVIDE

• Reliable work vehicle
• Complete professional HVAC tool set
• Required personal safety equipment

COOLMEN PROVIDES

• HVAC equipment for assigned jobs
• Standard installation materials specified in the job scope

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete professional residential HVAC installations
• Brazing, evacuation, charging, wiring, and system startup
• Record startup readings
• Take required before-and-after photos
• Clean the work area
• Obtain customer sign-off
• Report unexpected work before proceeding

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and complete HVAC tools
• Reliable attendance and professional customer communication
• Able to work throughout the Phoenix metro area
• Available this week
• EPA 608 certification preferred
