HVAC Installers & Service Technicians Wanted
Alabama Home Performance is growing and hiring dependable HVAC pros for year-round work.
Pay
Paid by the job to reward production and performance. Overtime and bonus opportunities available.
What you’ll do
Install and service heat pumps, furnaces, and duct systems (changeouts, retrofits, and new installs). Work in attics and crawlspaces as needed.
What we’re looking for
- HVAC install and/or service experience (lead or apprentice)
- EPA certification a plus
- Reliable, safety-minded, and on time
- Clean driving record
