What You'll Do
    

• Complete HVAC change-outs from start to finish
• Install equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local code
• Ensure every installation is inspection-ready
• Maintain a clean and professional work area
• Communicate with dispatch and management throughout the day

Requirements
    

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
• Able to complete installs independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and local code requirements
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
• Must provide most standard HVAC installation tools (specialty tools provided)

Compensation
Piece Rate
    

• $300+ per completed installation

Schedule
    

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• No On-Call
• Limited weekends only if needed
