We're a growing HVAC company looking for experienced HVAC Installers/Service Technicians to join our team. Our primary work consists of residential change-outs at multifamily apartment communities throughout the Tampa Bay area.

What We Offer

Competitive pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience)
Weekly pay via Direct Deposit

Monday–Friday schedule
No on-call
Minimal weekend work
No overnight travel
95% attic-free installs (primarily closet installations)

Responsibilities

Complete HVAC system replacements and change-outs from start to finish
Perform light service and troubleshooting when needed
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local/state code requirements
Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production goals
Communicate professionally with team members and property managers
Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience (5+ years preferred)
Ability to complete installations independently with minimal supervision
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of local and state HVAC codes
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Must provide most standard HVAC hand tools (specialty tools provided by the company)

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday–Friday
Limited weekend work only when necessary
No overnight travel
No on-call rotation
