The Role

HVAC Installer / Lead Installer

Install residential furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork start to finish. Leads run jobs and mentor helpers.

Responsibilities

Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork start to finish
Ensure proper setup, performance, and clean, code-compliant installs
Talk with homeowners — explain the work in plain language and answer their questions
Recommend upgrades and options that fit the customer's needs, and help them decide
Deliver a great customer experience in every home
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Mentor helpers/apprentices
Requirements

HVAC installation experience

EPA certification a plus
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift and work in field conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
