Job description:
HVAC / VRF Installer – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Lake Dallas, TX
Pay: $28–$45+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
We are seeking certified HVAC/VRF Installers for immediate temp-to-hire opportunities. Candidates should have hands-on installation experience and be comfortable working independently or as part of an installation crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install VRF/VRV systems, indoor units, outdoor units and related HVAC equipment
- Read blueprints, mechanical drawings and manufacturer specifications
- Install refrigerant piping, drain lines, electrical connections and system controls
- Perform pressure testing, evacuation, charging and startup procedures based on experience level
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems meet quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with team members to complete projects accurately and on schedule
- Maintain an organized work area and follow all jobsite safety requirements
~Intermediate Installer with VRF exposure: $28–$32/hour
~Experienced VRF Installer: $32–$38/hour
~Lead/Startup-Capable Installer: $38–$45+/hour
Requirements:
♦ HVAC/VRF certification required
♦ Relevant installation experience
♦ Resume required
♦ Must complete an interview
