### Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems
• Install air conditioning condensers, furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment
• Perform equipment replacements and new system installations
• Install and modify ductwork as needed
• Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and manufacturer specifications
• Test and verify proper system operation before project completion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and project managers
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

### Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Own tools required
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
