Universal license or EPA Cert for refrigeration
NATE Certification / or a Denver Supervisor license is a cash bonus and compensated higher.
The office and customer base are located in the south Denver metro area: Littleton, Englewood, Lakewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch
Hourly range to start $32-$40+, depending on your experience. ($75k-$98k is realistic based on last year's employees' W-2s) Certifications are an additional $$. Compensation is paid at a strong hourly rate with overtime - no piece-rate work - sales bonuses for replacement and add-on sales are offered with no pressure to sell.
