HVAC Journeyman Install & Service Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced, full-time AC Service Technician to join our team. The role involves performing repairs and maintenance with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy. We need someone with strong troubleshooting skills who can learn quickly and deliver excellent customer service while growing alongside other skilled professionals in our industry-leading company. Experience is required. Our mission is to build a reliable, long-term team that delivers the highest standards of customer care. Starting pay will be based on qualifications, with top pay for the right candidates. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, passing a background check, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Duties include starting up, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems, cleaning and adjusting equipment, and performing warranty services. A neat appearance, excellent attendance, and a positive attitude are essential.
