HVAC LEAD / FIELD SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a strong HVAC lead who can run jobs, lead crews, and work alongside installers in the field.

This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll be expected to set the pace, maintain quality, and keep jobs moving.

• Has solid HVAC installation experience
• Can lead and train installers
• Takes ownership of job sites
• Keeps work organized, clean, and on schedule
• Communicates well with builders, inspectors, and management
• Leads by example and works alongside the crew
• Is dependable, professional, and drug-free

⚠️ This is not a helper or apprentice role. We need a leader.

🔧 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee HVAC installations (new construction & related work)
• Direct crews and ensure proper installs
• Maintain quality control and safety
• Coordinate with builders and inspectors
• Troubleshoot issues and keep jobs moving
• Be the go-to field leader for HVAC operations
