HVAC LEAD INSTALLER

HVAC Lead Installer – Orange County, CA

Small, family-owned residential & light commercial HVAC company in Orange County is looking for an experienced Lead Installer to join our team.

Requirements:

5+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
Able to independently lead residential change-outs
Strong knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, mini splits, and light commercial package units.
Able to read plans and complete jobs correctly and efficiently
Takes pride in quality workmanship and clean job sites
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
