Hvac LEAD Installer & installer helper/ air ducts installer

Duties:

• Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning and heat pump units, mini split, and ventilation systems according to schematics and design specifications.
• Perform system troubleshooting and repair on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters to identify issues within electrical systems and mechanical components.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC system diagrams to facilitate accurate installation and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain mechanical systems by performing routine preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs to optimize system performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operations, maintenance procedures, and repair recommendations while providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to lead and teach the team.

Qualifications required:

• Proven experience with a strong understanding of mechanical systems repair and installation processes.
• Service technician experience in HVAC or related fields is highly desirable.
• Team player.
• Knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, and building automation systems.
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for precise installation and repair work.
• Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications in HVAC/R or electrical systems are a plus.

-Strong customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to operate company van safely.
• Qualified installers with proven installation and repair skills will be paid well.
• Proper hand tools for installation and repair in the Hvac industry are required, we will provide the rest.
• Immediate start for qualifying individuals
