Cabrillo Plumbing, Heating & Air is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer. Full-time, San Francisco and the Peninsula.

$80,000-$100,000+ per year, depending on experience. Company truck, iPhone, iPad, and full benefits.

You’ve been installing residential HVAC for years and you know your way around a heat pump. We want you to run our installs, set the standard on the job, and be paid like the senior tradesperson you are.

What you’ll do

Lead residential installs of Mitsubishi and Fujitsu heat pumps, ductless and zoned systems, and gas furnaces
Run linesets and set up equipment the right way, start to finish
Make the calls on site and solve problems as they come up
Keep the job site clean and leave customers happy with the finished work

What you need

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi heat pumps, zoning, and lineset installation (Fujitsu a plus)
HVAC certification
Valid California driver’s license with a clean record
Live within 30 miles of San Francisco
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
