HVAC Lead Installer Needed

Lets face it, no one is as busy as they had hoped they would be right now, we understand.

If we could find a Lead installer that can also diagnose breakdown calls and provide service work, we would be all set and you would end up with full time hours to support your family.

We are a small family owned HVAC company that is making all the right moves to ensure we have year round work for our Lead Installers / Technicians. We 10-99 all potential employees for the first 120 days, after that we can discuss being a W2 employee.
Weekly pay every Wednesday.
Company truck can be provided, a lot of you have issues with your license or too many tickets and can not be insured, if that is the case you would have to get yourself to and from each job.
You must have your own tools, we can not stress that enough, if your hand tools are at the pawn shop please don't apply.
We only need one more person, the other people we have will compliment you.
We believe in putting 2 lead installers on each install, it goes faster and you are not stuck doing most of the work while a helper stands around and watches.
