Synairgy Mechanical is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Lead Installer to oversee and perform commercial and residential air conditioning installations. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead HVAC installation crews and manage job sites effectively
Install residential and commercial air conditioning systems
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation plans
Ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and according to quality standards
Coordinate with team members, customers, and management throughout the installation process
Maintain a professional demeanor and strong customer service focus
Work in hot, humid environments and confined spaces, including attics, rooftops, and crawl spaces
Support ongoing training and development of installation team members

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
Experience leading crews and managing job sites
Strong knowledge of commercial and residential AC system installation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
EPA Universal Certification required
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Available to work a full-time schedule, including occasional overtime as needed to meet project requirements.
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including climbing ladders, lifting equipment, working on rooftops, and working in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas in varying weather conditions.
Valid Hawaii driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Pay and Benefits

Full-Time. W-2 Employment
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Weekly pay with optional direct deposit
