NOW HIRING – HVAC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $28–$32/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with strong HVAC knowledge to join our property management team.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and general maintenance
Complete preventive maintenance and apartment turns
Coordinate vendors and contractors
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Ensure compliance with safety procedures
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Participate in the on-call rotation
Supervise maintenance operations when required

Requirements:

✔ HVAC Certification REQUIRED
✔ Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience
✔ Experience working with refrigerant (Freon)
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔ Leadership and organizational skills
✔ Own basic tools preferred
