HVAC Maintenance Trainee – $20–$24/hr + Company Vehicle

We are hiring a full-time Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance Technician to serve customers in Woodstock and surrounding communities.

No previous HVAC experience is required. We will provide paid, hands-on training to the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC trade.

Pay and benefits:

• $20–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine furnace and air-conditioning maintenance
• Replace filters and clean HVAC equipment
• Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Complete maintenance checklists and service documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain a clean company vehicle and work area
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Able to reliably report to our Woodstock-area location
• Comfortable working in homes and businesses
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• HVAC experience or EPA certification is helpful but not required

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be available during busy periods.
