HVAC MECHANIC

**Hampton Roads, VA \| Full\-Time**
**$28–$30/hour/ DOE \+ Company Vehicle for the right candidate

Trade Master HVAC is looking for an experienced **HVAC Installer / Service Technician** to join our growing team\. This is a hands\-on position for someone who can work independently and take ownership of jobs from start to finish\.

### What You’ll Do

• Install, replace residential & Commercial HVAC systems
• Perform change\-outs, startups, brazing, evacuation, and refrigerant charging
• Diagnose basic service issues and troubleshoot equipment
• Read wiring diagrams and verify proper system operation
• Maintain a clean, professional jobsite
• Communicate respectfully with customers and the team

### What We’re Looking For

• **5\+ years of residential HVAC installation/service experience preferred**
• Strong brazing and change\-out skills
• Able to troubleshoot and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, professional, and able to show up ready to work
• Someone interested in a **long\-term position with a growing company**
