Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Established commercial service company seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians for full-time work throughout NYC and the Tri-State area.

This is primarily commercial service and repair work, must be mechanically inclined.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting ability
Experience with:
Rooftop Units (RTUs)
Split Systems
Boilers
Controls / Thermostats
Exhaust & Make-Up Air Systems
EPA Certification required
Clean & professional appearance
Valid driver’s license preferred
Must be able to work independently

Work Includes:

Commercial and residential service calls
Emergency HVAC repairs
Preventive maintenance
Troubleshooting and diagnostics

Compensation: $40-$70/hr

Competitive pay based on experience
Overtime available
Steady year-round work
