📘 Requirements for JR
3+ years HVAC experience. ******

Worked on furnaces, condensers, boilers, and heat pumps

EPA certification is a plus (not mandatory)

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

Willingness to learn and take direction

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

EPA certification is a plus (not mandatory)

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
