Edwin's Air Conditioning & Heating LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a technician with hands-on field experience who can diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship are essential. A clean background is required.

Responsibilities:

*Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.

• Repair, maintain, and service residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Clearly explain repair recommendations to customers.
• Complete service reports and maintain a clean, organized work vehicle.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

**Qualifications:

• Previous HVAC service and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues.
• EPA Certification preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred).
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
