Full time / Part Time, Office Manager/Assistant for HVAC Co./AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING in Gilbert Az..
- 20 TO 40 hours a week in office
- 4 TO 8 HOURS A DAY MONDAY THRU FRIDAY( occasional Saturday on phones)
- Duties: Dispatching and Scheduling appointments, answering busy phones, Accounting, Customer Support,
- Light inventory and other job related paperwork.
Experience needed for Position: Customer service, Computer Skills, Friendly, Organized and Work Independently.(HVAC Knowledge preferred)
