Responsibilities

Serve as our Licensed Qualifying Individual (Nevada)
Manage daily HVAC operations
Perform service, repair, and installation work as needed
Work from our office coordinating jobs, scheduling, and customer service
Train and mentor future technicians
Develop company procedures and quality standards
Review estimates and ensure profitable pricing
Manage inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships
Ensure all work meets company and state standards
Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
Current Nevada HVAC contractor's license or ability to qualify the company
EPA Universal Certification
Minimum 7 years of residential HVAC experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Installation and replacement experience
Leadership or management experience preferred
Professional communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
