HVAC or Electrical Service & Installation Technician

We are hiring for multiple positions. Both electrical and HVAC service and installation technicians. See the two job descriptions below:

We're a small, locally owned company here in Jacksonville — around ten people, one location, a tight core crew that looks out for each other. We're hiring an HVAC tech who knows their trade and wants to be part of a team, not lost in a big company.

***HVAC Service & Installation Technician***

What you'll do

Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Install new units, ductwork, and thermostats
Run diagnostics and give customers clear, honest options
Complete jobs cleanly and document your work
What we're looking for

2+ years of HVAC service and install experience
EPA 608 certification
Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
Strong customer skills and a solid work ethic.

***Electrical Service & Installation Technician***

What you'll do

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems
Install panels, wiring, fixtures, outlets, and EV chargers
Handle service calls and explain the fix to customers in plain terms
Keep your work and paperwork organized
What we're looking for

Journeyman or experienced electrical background (2+ years)

Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable working directly with customers
Reliable, safety-minded, and dependable
