Description

BCBM is a growing MEP contractor seeking to partner with a licensed HVAC professional to support our expansion into state and federal contracting opportunities.
BCBM is seeking a licensed HVAC professional to serve as our HVAC Qualifying Supervisor. This position is ideal for an experienced HVAC contractor who holds an active state HVAC license and is not currently using it to qualify another company.
The selected individual will partner with BCBM to support our pursuit of state and federal construction projects requiring a licensed HVAC contractor. This is a supervisory and qualifying role. Field work is minimal and will only be required as needed to oversee HVAC- related work and ensure compliance with applicable codes and licensing requirements.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the licensed HVAC Qualifying Supervisor for BCBM Construction Services.
Allow BCBM to operate under your active HVAC license in accordance with state licensing requirements.
Provide oversight and guidance for HVAC work on state and federal projects.
Review HVAC scopes of work and assist with project compliance.
Be available for inspections or project support when required.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted HVAC Contractor License.
License must not currently be qualifying another company (or must be eligible to transfer, subject to state requirements).
Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
Knowledge of state and federal construction projects is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Compensation:
Competitive monthly retainer or salary, with additional compensation based on project involvement. Terms are negotiable.
