• **Installer Helpers:** Up to **$65,000/year**
• **Lead Installers:** Up to **$125,000/year**
• **Service Technicians:** **$22–$32/hour** (based on experience) **PLUS SPIFFS**

### Qualifications

• Minimum **5 years driving experience** (Lead Installers & Service Technicians)
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean background
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• **Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred** for Install Crews and Drivers
