Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician with 2–5 years of hands-on diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience. The ideal candidate can troubleshoot residential ACs, furnaces, and heat pumps independently while delivering honest communication to homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
Conduct thorough seasonal maintenance inspections and system tune-ups.
Explain diagnostic findings and repair options clearly and transparently to homeowners.
Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection according to EPA guidelines.
Maintain a clean, fully stocked company service vehicle and accurate job invoicing.
Participate in a manageable on-call rotation.
Requirements:
2–5+ Years of proven residential HVAC service experience.
Active EPA Certification.
Strong electrical diagnostic and refrigerant recovery skills.
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
