HVAC Retrofit - Changeout Install | $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing:

• Installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• 90% retrofit / change out & 10% new construction
• Mentoring and training an apprentice
• Installing gas & electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, RTU's etc.
• Install gas piping, including hard pipe and flexible systems
• Running, brazing, and pressure testing line sets
• Duct work - Sheetmetal
• Low voltage and high voltage
• Heavy lifting of equipment - 100lbs overhead with assistance

What We Are Looking For:

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• 3 + years of HVAC installation experience
• 1 year of crew lead experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certifications - or obtain once hired - we train
• Well-organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
