🔧 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

🔹 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems efficiently and accurately
🔹Present options and SELL replacement and upgrade solutions honestly to customers
🔹 Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
🔹 Read and work confidently with electrical and wiring diagrams
🔹 Communicate clearly with customers and recommend honest, effective solutions
🔹 Follow safety protocols and industry standards on every job
🔹 Comfortably climb ladders and lift up to 60 lbs

📋 REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

✔️ Proven experience in HVAC SALES, troubleshooting, repair, service, maintenance, and installation
✔️ 6+ years of HVAC service experience (EPA Certification REQUIRED)
✔️ Your own reliable van or truck (REQUIRED)
✔️ Your own complete set of HVAC tools and equipment (REQUIRED)
✔️ Excellent spoken and written English, since you'll communicate directly with customers and write job reports
✔️ Honest, trustworthy, and RELIABLE. You show up on time, do the job right, and treat every home like your own.
✔️ Professional appearance and attitude every single day
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills
✔️ A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✔️ Willingness to work overtime or weekends
✔️ A team player with excellent customer service skills
