HVAC SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

A/C Technical Services is a HVAC Contracting firm located in the San Antonio area. We provide HVAC Installation and Service to customers located in Central and South Texas. Senior Project Manager needed.

Job Duties:
· Manage projects from start to finish in order to meet contractual requirements.
· Establish project budgets.
· Set up project schedules to ensure project finishes on time.
· Coordinate work of subcontractors.
· Process submittals.
· Order and schedule delivery of equipment and materials.
· Attend project meetings as needed and required.
· Resolving day-to-day project issues.
· Prepare billings, change-orders, RFI’s and any other project documentation.
· Close out job with customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.

Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of HVAC Project Management experience.
· Ability to read and understand specifications and plans.
· Comprehensive computer skills including MS Office Suites.
· Excellent written and verbal skills.
· Strong organizational skills to be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
· Proficient math skills.
· Works well under pressure and deadlines.
· Valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screenings.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Non-smoker.
