HVAC Service Technician – Now Hiring

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our residential service team. We welcome experienced HVAC Service Technicians, Install Technicians, Lead Installers, and mechanically inclined HVAC professionals looking to grow their careers. The ideal candidate is skilled in troubleshooting, servicing, maintaining, or installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Experience with oil and propane is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
Work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
Service heat pumps, ductless systems, boilers, propane systems, and electric heating/cooling units
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
Communicate professionally with customers and provide recommendations
Complete daily documentation using a tablet
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
4+ years of HVAC service, installation, or related field experience
EPA Universal Certification
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
Understanding of HVAC systems, airflow, and equipment operation
Oil/propane experience a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
HVAC technical school certificate preferred
MA or NH Gas License preferred (training available)
MA or NH Oil License preferred (training available)
