You don’t need years of HVAC experience to apply. We can teach the right person the trade. What matters most is

doing the job right.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with residential HVAC system installations, replacements, and repairs.
• Help install air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
• Learn to diagnose HVAC system issues and assist with service calls.
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other job-related equipment safely.
• Help load, unload, transport, and organize equipment and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers and fellow team members.
• Follow instructions from experienced technicians and learn company procedures.
• Work efficiently to complete jobs and help the team stay on schedule.
• Continue developing HVAC knowledge and technical skills through hands-on training.

Experience

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Construction, general labor, mechanical, automotive, electrical, plumbing, or other hands-on experience is a plus.
• Previous HVAC service or installation experience is beneficial but not required.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools is helpful.
• A willingness to learn the HVAC trade and grow into a more skilled technician is essential.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are preferred or required, depending on company

requirements.

Work Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time position.
• Early starts and physically demanding workdays are part of the job.
• Overtime and longer days may be required depending on workload, installations, and service demands.
• Some nights and weekends may be required depending on workload and customer needs.
• Must be willing to work the hours needed to complete assigned jobs safely and professionally.
• Punctuality, communication, and consistent attendance are expected.

**Location Requirement:** Applicants must currently reside in the East Valley (Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, or surrounding East Valley areas). This position requires local residency to support daily service calls and on-call rotations. Applicants located outside the East Valley will not be considered.
