Stivers HVAC is looking for a skilled, dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Your pay will be based on your experience, skill level, certifications, and what you can bring to the team.

🛠️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Licensed HVAC Technician preferred
Strong residential HVAC service experience
Own hand tools and HVAC tools
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Able to diagnose and repair HVAC systems independently
Reliable, professional, and able to communicate well with customers
Someone who takes pride in doing the job RIGHT, not just getting the job done
🕐 SCHEDULE:

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Some overtime will be required depending on workload and service needs.

💵 WHAT WE OFFER:
Potential starting pay of $35/HR+
Room to increase pay based on experience and performance
Benefits are negotiable for the right candidate
Stable Monday–Friday schedule
